New limited edition t-shirt, depicting the title work from my “Pink Genesis” body of photograms! This photogram appears in my latest book, also called “Pink Genesis,” which I published with Aperture in 2022.

The full title of the photogram is “Pink Genesis (Self Portrait with Mars),” which is what the text on the front, back and sleeves of the shirt reads. The image is a double exposure containing both a self portrait I made by lying on photo sensitive paper in the darkroom, as well as an image of Martian sand dunes taken by NASA. The color is darkroom-manipulated using the same method by which I make my photographs.

Shirt itself is by Everybody.World and is made from 100% reclaimed waste cotton with an ethical supply chain entirely within North America.

The shirts are hand-dyed, and the color is called Adobe Rose :).

Note: garmet will “shrink to fit” by approximately 5% after its first wash.
